Compliance Manager - Franchise Fitness Company

£50k - £60k - Hybrid Remote Watford 1-2 days on site per week

Permanent or 12 month contract available

Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and regulatory standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading franchise fitness company. We're seeking a Compliance Manager who will oversee and manage compliance procedures and protocols across our franchise network, ensuring that all locations adhere to applicable laws and internal policies.

We are searching for a detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Compliance Manager who can navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the franchise network.
  • Provide guidance and training to franchisees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Oversee a compliance management system and ensure documents and certificates are updated & uploaded and managed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes, policies, and training materials.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and coordinating any necessary submissions or reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into new franchise programs and initiatives.
  • Track compliance performance, report, and communicate on compliance performance to progress continuous improvement on compliance as well as to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend actions / solutions to address risk and opportunities within our business.
  • Ensure robust internal systems in place to support good corporate governance
