You will work towards client-set KPIs, managing your time efficiently to meet these goals. We collaborate closely with both management and agents, providing effective coaching to ensure agents perform their roles in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Reporting to Compliance Manager
• Ensuring all daily/weekly KPIs are met
• Call Listening
• Providing effective feedback
• Tracking Trends
• Updating Trackers, using various systems
• Highlighting any concerns
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and update company policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
