There’s an excellent opportunity for you to join an established team as a Digital Experience Executive, optimising the visibility and discoverability of a very worth cause.

You might be someone a couple of years into your career, looking for a wider remit to flourish or a bright graduate looking to help deliver digital campaigns. Either way, you should be driven to provide an outstanding user experience and laser-focused on improving engagement.

The great thing about this role is that it can open different doors for you career-wise; you might go down the route of CRO and build on those data/optimisation skills or potentially over into Product Ownership.

During a normal week, these are the duties you will find yourself performing:

• Managing content through a CMS, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines
• Improving discoverability through the build of successful landing pages, focusing on conversion metrics
• Managing and auditing the success of offer placements
• Working with wider teams across Product, Technology and Marketing to ensure there’s a cohesive messaging being told to the audience
• Utilising tools such as Google Analytics or Fullstory
• Following SEO best practices when writing content

Excellent written comms and the ability to deliver compelling content is a must. A data-driven mindset is crucial too to ensure success.

However, we get that the successful candidate is going to need upskilling in some of these areas. If you’ve got the right attitude (one of continuous improvement and learning), you’ll be up for the challenge to add new strings to your bow.

The client are based in Wigan and you will be required to go into the office once per week (but perhaps a touch more if there are tight deadlines to be hit, etc).
