Virgin Media O2 has embarked on a major, once in a generation network infrastructure investment, and as a Design Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting all Active (Backhaul) Design activities. You will keep our Project plan tool (Appian) up-to-date with scheduled and completed active design delivery dates, working closely with the Project Design Manager. You'll be responsible for completions reporting and collaborating with our Data team to enhance design reporting within Power BI. Communicate with design team colleagues on completion dates and dependencies that affect the programme delivery schedule. Ensure design documentation is issued to stakeholders on time, conducting quality control checks to uphold our right-first-time approach. Be part of a team that's shaping the future of connectivity.

The must haves
Proven record supporting large scale fibre/civils telecom programme roll out working with both internal and external planning/design teams.
Significant experience in access and network planning design delivery
The other stuff we are looking for
Knowledge of the VMO2 network topology would be advantageous
Ability to work proactively as part of a larger team.
Flexibility to perform multiple duties and prioritise tasks effectively to meet the current needs of the team and the wider programme
Excellent Excel and IT skills
