THE ROLE
As the Area Sales Manager for the West Scotland territory, you'll take ownership of a profitable and well-supported area, managing relationships with key accounts and expanding opportunities with smaller branches and contractors.
Key Responsibilities Include
Strengthening existing relationships with national wholesalers while expanding engagement with under-supported branches and independents.
Developing and maintaining relationships with electrical contractors to drive project support and product selection.
Promoting the company's product range through joint sales calls, trade counter events, and tailored product training sessions.
Collaborating with colleagues in the Scottish team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure continued business growth.
This role provides the autonomy to make a significant impact while enjoying the camaraderie of a supportive local team.
About You
You are a skilled sales professional with expertise in the electrical wholesale or contracting sector. Specifically, you:
Have proven experience in sales, either in a field sales role for a manufacturer or in a senior position within an electrical wholesaler.
Thrive on building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Bring a results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
Are a dynamic and personable individual who excels at developing trust and loyalty with clients.
Hold a full UK driving license.
Your ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen will set you apart in this role.
