Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service.
Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
Working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have experience as a general manager of a large hotel.
