About the Role 

We are seeking an Associate to join our team and support our ongoing deal execution and future expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of lending or portfolio management experience, possess a strong passion for learning, be self-motivated, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. While lending experience is preferred, we are particularly interested in candidates who, given the right training and support, could become our future leaders, so understanding your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are key. 

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in the full deal execution cycle: from supporting deal origination and transaction screening to due diligence, legal execution, and ongoing deal management. 
• Assist with borrower relationship management. 
• Engage in portfolio management. 
• Support the Partners with initiatives to grow the business.
