We're passionate about originality and all our pieces are designed in-house and handcrafted with exceptional quality by carefully selected expert artisans. The brand has lots of exciting future plans so this is an opportunity to be part of the journey! We’re a really friendly team working from a small office in the heart of Pangbourne, near Reading. You will be working closely with the Creative Director and company owner, Natasha and reporting into the Head of Marketing.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in the jewellery and/or fashion industries, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and activities. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through multi-channel, strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and be proactive with high energy levels, innovative ideas, and the enthusiasm to drive the brand forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a marketing strategy alongside the Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Develop the marketing calendar for seasonal promotions, and campaigns
• Proactively look for innovative new opportunities for marketing the brand to grow awareness
• Manage the yearly marketing budget across paid social, affiliates and events
• Creating visually stunning and informative content for the brand's social media channels, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms including creating and, featuring in regular TikTok live videos in line with marketing strategy
• Daily maintenance of social channels, planning and promoting engagement with our online community
• Collaborating with designers, photographers, videographers, and other creatives to bring content ideas to life
• Creating strategies for new collections and assisting with campaign shoots
• Assist in creating email marketing flows using Klayivo
• Weekly reporting to the senior management team
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive traffic and sales, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships
• Identify and cultivate relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to enhance brand presence and credibility.
• A proactive individual with high energy levels, innovative ideas, and the enthusiasm to drive the brand forward.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably within the jewellery or fashion industry with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• A proactive individual with high energy levels, innovative ideas, and the enthusiasm to drive the brand forward.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
• Proven success of online marketing strategies in a B2C e-commerce environment, working to deliver to sales and margin targets
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for fashion and aesthetics
• Experience creating paid social content for all social platforms
• Experience of Shopify and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, highly desirable
• Interest in fashion, jewellery and accessories
• Sound competitor knowledge with the jewellery industry 
• Excellent project management skills
• Multiple ear piercings a bonus!

This is a full-time role, based at our HQ in Pangbourne Your working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. You may be required to travel on occasions for marketing related events.
