Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid)

Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + 30/40% OTE & Benefits

The company collaborates with numerous software partners that integrate with their platform, driving significant inbound leads through these strategic alliances.


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager to drive strategic alliances within the e-commerce and supply chain sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network in the UK and a deep understanding of the logistics landscape, particularly in fulfilment and distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance business growth and market presence, particularly through software integrations.
  2. Identify and engage potential partners across the e-commerce and supply chain sectors, focusing on those that can drive inbound leads.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure mutual success and maximize lead generation.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration with the platform.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  6. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract execution.
  7. Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the e-commerce or supply chain industry.
  2. Extensive network of contacts in the UK logistics and fulfilment space, particularly with software partners.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  4. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Passion for e-commerce and understanding of current industry trends.
