Private Equity Analyst - London

Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes, including helping develop the commercial thesis.

Perform pertinent financial analyses, including discounted cash flow, LBO, comparables, and precedent transactions - in addition to preparing relevant financial analyses during diligence.

Work with research to prepare due diligence packs and presentation materials for the investment team, providing relevant, informative materials.

Conduct interviews with industry experts.

Build detailed operating models on prospective deals.

Portfolio company support for executed deals including analysis of their reporting packs and joining discussions with management teams.

Provide overall support to investment team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles

A basic knowledge of accounting and finance

Self-motivation to find solutions independently, and humility to acknowledge limits and uncertainties

Sincere commitment to personal and professional development

Excellent attention to detail
