THE ROLE

As a Product Analyst, you will be a key part of our Product team, driving data-informed decisions that shape our product offerings. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance customer experiences, introduce new products, and improve existing ones. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry while working in an environment that values experimentation and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyse user behavior and product performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence and challenge decisions through data.
  • Design and analyse A/B tests, turning results into strategies for product development.
  • Share insights and successes across the product function and the broader organization.
  • Maintain and enhance our product analytics tools, including our experimentation platform and other analytics tools.
  • Support the Analytics and Data Science community with knowledge sharing and peer learning.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to take ownership of your product area.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and a willingness to learn Python.
  • Experience with experimental design and analysis, particularly A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Comfort working with complex datasets to extract insights that drive business and product performance.
  • Ability to transform abstract questions into measurable metrics and actionable insights.
  • Enthusiasm for data analysis, statistical methodologies, and understanding user behavior.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
