We now have a huge growth plan in place and are looking to add 50 heads to the business within the next 3 years.

We are on the search for a Renewables Team Lead! The ideal candidate should have experience within the renewable energy sector, and a track record of winning new business and growing accounts. We are looking for someone capable of managing a team, with the ability to proactively cross sell, who has worked in the recruitment industry for at least 5 years.

The role also comes with the opportunity to relocate to our International office in Dubai!

What will you do?

• Mentor, coach & develop a team of up to 2 consultants, while running own desk
• Manage our GE account
• Lead the team to drive activity, productivity and strategy
• Goal setting within the team, forecasting their performance and tracking activity
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reviews
• Identify business opportunities with clients in your target sector
• Business development – drive new business sales and expand existing accounts
• Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey, setting examples of excellent service levels across the business
• Be well informed about current and future business trends
• Deputise for directors’ additional management responsibilities
• Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
