Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for representing our clients at retail locations and events, focusing on direct sales and customer service. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of service and support while being informed about our clients’ offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that displays are organized and visually appealing.
Actively pursue sales goals and targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional events, driving traffic and sales.
Requirements
Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings.
Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
Focus is strictly on in-person sales; digital marketing is not a component of this role.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
