Vikki d'Arcy embraces her passion for triathlons in her spare time, engaging in activities that keep her balanced and motivated outside of work. Committed to competing in at least two endurance events each year—whether it’s a middle or long-distance triathlon or a challenging cycling ride—she thrives on the physical challenges they present.   Much of her free time is spent walking and running with her two Vizslas, Simba and Ozzie, as well as cycling both indoors on Zwift and outdoors on her gravel bike, even in varying weather conditions and international landscapes.   The photos showcase her journey, including a memorable cycling adventure across the Andes, highlighted by a breath-taking moment at the Mirador del Cristo Redentor. ✨ It’s Wellness Wednesday! ✨ A series where colleagues from our Public Sector Practice share how they unwind and prioritise their wellbeing outside of work. In this hybrid-remote working world, Ross often reminisces about his commute on the days he works from home. The commute was his time to either prepare for the day ahead and switch from family to work-mode, or vice-versa on the way home.   To supplement this Ross has replaced his commute with a 30-minute walk before and after work which helps him with that family-to-work transition. Plus, the exercise and fresh air are a welcome added bonus!   Ross’s daily walks are all the more enjoyable as he is joined by his faithful four-legged friend - Richmond the miniature dachshund (yes he is named after Richmond sausages!)   Here's a picture of Richmond and one of Ross’s common stomping grounds on a recent frosty morning. #WellnessWednesday #Wellbeing #Walks #Commute #DogWalking

Under the Procurement Act 2023, if you’ve done pre-market engagement but not advertised the tender under PCR2015, you WILL need to follow the Procurement Act 2023 when advertising. Businesses must follow the Procurement Act 2023 when advertising tenders to ensure: 1. Compliance with the new legal framework 2. Transparency 3. Fair Competition 4. And Public Accountability. Even if you conducted pre-market engagement under PCR 2015 and didn't advertise at the time, the new law requires you to follow the Procurement Act 2023.
