🚀 Shaping HR Transformation at Greencore – A Collaborative Effort 🚀 Since joining Greencore in October 2023 as Senior IT Project Manager, I’ve led both the reshaping of the IT delivery for our HR transformation initiative, Project Quest, and the day-to-day delivery of the project alongside my incredible team. Originally planned as a 3-phase delivery, I took the lead in restructuring it into 5 phases (pilot, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b). This new approach was not just about achieving quick results and celebrating successes but also about preventing the project fatigue that often sets in when early wins are missing. Having experienced many projects that struggle to maintain momentum due to delayed wins, I knew it was crucial to design a plan that would help sustain energy, motivation, and team engagement throughout. Progress so far: Talent acquisition and electronic holiday bookings for monthly paid employees successfully went live in March 2024, future-proofing Greencore in this area. 13 out of 17 sites have completed their payroll transition to PeopleXD, positively impacting approximately 8,000 weekly paid colleagues. Phases 2 through 4a have been delivered, and we are now focused on phase 4b, with the Boston, Spalding, Atherstone, and Northampton sites set to go live the week commencing 18th November 2024. This journey has been a true team effort, and I couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, innovation, and resilience shown by everyone involved. A special thank you to my project team for embracing the revised approach, to The Access Group for their technology support, and to Endava for their invaluable assistance with testing and PMO support.
