🥛 Wondering if you're drinking enough through the day, and how much you need to drink? Well, check your morning wee! After the first wee of the day, aim for a pale straw colour (1-3). Generally, this means you are drinking enough fluid and you are hydrated - this is great news as your brain is ready to tackle the day! Darker colours (4-6) indicate mild dehydration, which can affect your focus and energy levels.
