Built on a revitalised brownfield site, the project delivers environmental and operational excellence. Key Achievements: ✅ Highest global rating for an industrial building ✅ 59.2% lower energy use, 68.6% lower CO₂ emissions, and 85.53% less water consumption ✅ LED lighting, rooftop PV system, rainwater harvesting, and improved air quality A collaboration between Panattoni Czech Republic Development s.r.o., Accolade, and Grinity s.r.o., the project minimises environmental impact while enhancing local infrastructure and job opportunities.
