It was a real pleasure to welcome Claire Thorogood, Saeeda Rousselet-Yasmin and Professor Jo Delahunty KC to the office for our #InternationalWomensDay panel on Tuesday. Beyond the fantastic panel discussion, moderated by our new INSPIRE Gender Diversity Chair Mia Dowling, it was great to connect and share stories and ideas with three DEI leaders. International Women's Day may only be for one day but the work continues all year round, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate across the legal profession to advance #genderequity.

The discussion was moderated by our new INSPIRE Gender Diversity Chair, Mia Dowling. The panelists spoke about how they overcame the authority gap in the workplace and how they advance equity and inclusion in their careers.
