The Role: As a Scheduler/Administrator within our helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for clients with work requests or queries. You will handle these requests efficiently, ensuring the deployment of the appropriate skilled resources to meet contractual service level agreements. Ensuring compliance documentation is captured and recorded in both internal and external CAFM systems. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end work order management, coordinating all planned and reactive services. - Accurately record information on internal CAFM system (Job Logic) and external client systems for Reactive and Planned maintenance tasks. - Monitor, action, and escalate work orders and incidents, updating customers on status and progress. - Create purchase orders to procure services from external supply partners. - Develop and maintain a good understanding of internal CAFM scheduling systems and relevant processes and procedures. - Handle and actively resolve customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process. Essential Qualifications & Experience: - Experience working within an FM environment. - Experience in coordinating service delivery in a mobile environment, including part management and subcontract service delivery. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Confident IT skills with experience working across multiple systems. - Experience with systems like Job Logic is desirable.
