🚨 First Fridays 🚨 Welcome to the 8th monthly post. Flipping the script and doing monthly theme first. Collaboration. One of my favorite things about this industry is the collaboration. You will find it across functions, firms, and ecosystem participants. You will find it between $100B ETF issuers and $1B ETF issuers. Even between custodians and administrators. We are all ETF first. We want to help this industry grow so we are all successful. Couple examples of collaboration in the photo spread this month. Ken Shaw on a panel with other experts at ETF Summit, Frank Koudelka at ETFGI with some smart etf people. I got to spend time this month with American Century Investments & Todd Rosenbluth talking ETFs and having a great time. Want to also plug the internal collaboration at State Street that has helped us sweep the ETF Express awards in the US. Couple more updates. Levi had his freshman year homecoming dance. He couldn’t wait to get out of the house so only caught him last minute. At seton hall this weekend for family weekend. Good to see Collin acclimated and enjoying himself. Chickens are solid. Everyone happy, healthy, and laying daily. One of them found the camera and now won’t stop pecking at it. Speaking of finding cameras. This squirrel decided to eat our pumpkin and stare at us while doing it. Ok, last thing, I can’t explain how thoughtful all 400+ of you were to take time to like, applaud, of congratulate my role update at State Street. You all took time whether a couple seconds to hit like or longer to write a thoughtful note. Many notes direct to me. Thank you all. See you next month.
