Welcome Dr. Sebastiano Montante to the Exeter Centre for Cytomics!We are excited to introduce Sebastiano Montante, who has recently joined the Cytomics team at the University of Exeter. Sebastiano completed his PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of British Columbia in the Ryan Brinkman Lab, where he developed innovative machine learning tools for automating flow cytometry data analysis, including flowSim and flowMagic. His expertise spans bioinformatics, molecular biology, and statistical analysis, with experience in diverse projects like immune response studies in newborns and genomic interactions between plants and bacteria.
