At this year’s Dive In Festival, Gallagher will be hosting a hybrid event in our Walbrook office in partnership with The Clear Company and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation to discuss how the industry is becoming disability confident. On 24 September (14:00 – 15:30), we will be joined by industry colleagues and those at the forefront of organisations which are helping businesses to create more inclusion for people living with disabilities. The session will explore how our industry can remove barriers and increase accessibility in the workplace so that colleagues can thrive. There will also be a spotlight discussion to highlight talented people with sight loss and the importance of having a supportive network to help overcome daily challenges. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all our people so that they can reach their full potential. Our disabilities workstream continues to make an impact and plays a key role in shaping our business and policies.
