During the #ICCAUKI2025 Conference in Leeds, Gayle McGuinn, Andy Williamson and Clare Beach took to the stage to discuss the challenges and gaps in our industry, when it comes to Neurodiversity. The conference marked the launch of the 'Neurodiversity in Events toolkit', designed to empower event planners, venues, destinations and suppliers with resources to improve events for Neurodivergent attendees. During #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek, we encourage you to download the toolkit to see how you can make a real, tangible difference to event experiences 🙌 https://lnkd.in/eWK5-YWd ICCA | Welcome Brain Consulting | ABPCO #Neurodiversity #Inclusivity #Events

🎉 Ahead of International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate all the incredible women within our industry and give a huge shout out to everyone who advocates to improve gender balance. The theme of #IWD2025 is #AccelerateAction because at the current pace, we're still about five generations away from achieving full gender equality. While over 77% of event professionals are women, only 16% hold director roles so there’s still work to be done but thank you to all our members, colleagues and friends who support and advocate for a fair and inclusive industry for all.
