Founded by our CEO, Sarah Garrett MBE, our mission is to build a more equitable society by addressing race and ethnic inclusion in the workplace. We work with organisations to create an environment that is not only welcoming and diverse, but encourages people to thrive regardless of their background. We do this by offering memberships for our consultancy services, giving you access to check ins, resources and spaces for our events. We also offer bespoke training programmes. Formed through our APPG on Governance and Inclusive Leadership, we formed the Maturity Matrix, a free tool which provides a framework to measure where your organisation is on their ethnicity journey. Formed through Investing in Ethnicity, we hold our annual Ethnicity Awards where we recognise people and organisations for the great work they are doing in the diversity and inclusion space.
