Last week at Female Founders Club we had the absolute pleasure of inviting Lisa Wood Personal Stylist and Charlotte Jopling (Charlotte Jopling Photography) to share all their incredible insights about styling and capturing your’s and your businesses brand 🌟 What we learn't ... ✨ A pop of colour can go a long way - it has the power to impact the way you feel and can connote a certain message to your clients and customers … and never underestimate the role of a hair tie when it comes to completing your final look. ✨ When capturing content for you and your business, don’t be afraid of an open space when shooting - it allows you room to crop and repurpose your image depending on the need … also don’t shy away from props, they can often help convey your area of business. What was your biggest takeaway!? Let us know now by commenting below 💬 A big thank you to our incredible speakers and all the Female Founders who have made every Female Founders Club something Diana Pasek-Atkinson and the team look forward to hosting each and every month! 👏✨ Be sure to keep an eye out for other and upcoming events at the Dryden Enterprise Centre 💫 Until next time! 👋 #ntu #enterprise #dec #female #founders #club #business #enteprise #events

Introducing CV of Failures 🌟 In the first year of our podcast - The Octopus Of Enterprise - we had the absolute pleasure of having the amazing Hannah Roberts, Ph.D. on as guest, talking all about ‘018: How to Fail In Business’ 🐙🎙️ In that episode we talked about her CV of Failures …a CV of all the 'mistakes' or irrelevant achievements you don’t include in your actual CV, but have also contributed to the person, or in the case of NTU Enterprise, the entrepreneur you’ve become 👏✨ … so we thought that now that you’ve met the NTU Enterprise team, we would share with you their CV of Failures ⭐️ First up … Katrina Starkie 🤩 In between making the Dryden Enterprise Centre the best place to base a business, you'll find her championing marketing, supporting entrepreneurs, and getting clued in on investment and business growth 💪 CV of Failure stand-outs included: 💫 Was told my voice wasn’t ideal and too high-pitch for serious news 💫 Incorrectly filing our tax return and then needing to pay £12,000 to HMRC with 4 weeks' notice! Long story short – always use an accountant if numbers aren’t your jam 💫 Once won a holiday when I was maybe 7 singing ‘Hey Big Spender’ at a caravan park What isn't a 'failure' however is the amazing work Katrina does with everything and anything related to Dryden Enterprise Centre (DEC)! One of those being our monthly DEC Connect Breakfasts 🥐✨ Interested!? Book your space at our next DEC Connect with Debbie Clarke 🌟 aka debbiedooodah NOW! 👉 https://lnkd.in/eZ__k_9b #ntu #enteprise #cv #failures
