MiCA mandates the use of #LEIs for legal entities, especially for Crypto-Asset Service Providers (#CASPs) / Virtual Asset Service Provider (#VASPs). The FATF Travel Rule specifically mandates that VASPs must share information about the originators and beneficiaries of crypto transactions, ensuring traceability and accountability. The deadline is on Friday 27th Sept. You have 3 days to make a change. The FCA is proposing to require more Legal Entity Identifier (#LEI) information when filing regulation information. This will help users identify filings in relation to a company. The National Storage Mechanism (NSM) is a free online archive of company information that is operated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The NSM is used by analysts, investors, and other market participants. International #trade is worth around £1.266 trillion to the UK. The #iccuk estimates that “digitalising trade documents could generate £25 billion in new economic growth by 2024, and free up £224 billion in efficiency savings” More importantly.. The UK government estimated that the trade industry uses 28.5 billion paper documents a year. In other terms, that saves 2,850,000 trees per year.
