Aeroblue’s CleverFoodie platform leverages AI-driven sales pricing recommendations, analysing historical pricing, sales data, and customer behaviour to suggest optimised price adjustments. By applying the Frequent Pattern Growth algorithm, this approach reduces manual effort, minimises waste, and improves profitability through data-driven decision-making. Foodborne microbial contamination poses a significant challenge to the food produce industry, impacting public health and regulatory compliance. 🦠 Addressing this challenge requires a deep understanding of where potential exposure to foodborne microbial contaminants can occur - this means understanding every step of the way, from production and transportation to sale and consumption. 🥬 We are developing PRISM - Production Risk Systems-based Microsimulation modelling - in collaboration with Newcastle University through the Hartree National Centre for Digital Innovation (HNCDI). This solution will support food producers, manufacturers and retailers to improve their processes and reduce exposure risk.
