[NEWS] Lloyds Living buys Cardiff BTR scheme Lloyds Living has acquired a BTR site at Guildford Crescent in Cardiff from Galliford Try. The 31-storey building, called The Rise, will deliver 272 homes in a mix of 140 one-bedroom and 132 two-bedroom apartments, alongside retail space.
