Yesterday, the Wates Developments team visited Oakley Grange, our joint venture development with Miller Homes Southern, following a productive board meeting at their head office. With the sun shining, the site looked fantastic—perfectly showcasing the surrounding countryside, newly planted landscaping, and our sustainability initiatives. David Brown (MD), Katrina Crawford (Sales Director), Paul Coombes (Production Director), and Angie Cross (ASM) from Miller Homes Southern joined David Bowen, Natalie Flint, David Law, and Susan Whiting from Wates Developments to tour the site and see first-hand the progress being made. 🌎 Sustainability in action 🌎 Oakley Grange is a prime example of our forward-thinking approach to sustainable development. We are delighted to announce that the East Herts Planning Committee has approved our application for 91 new homes in Puckeridge. This speculative application was shaped by our commitment to sustainable, high-quality housing, working closely with officers to secure their recommendation for approval. This approval is a significant win for the local community and those struggling to climb the housing ladder.
