Just returned from a trip

Just returned from a trip, and I'm glad I chose this stroller. It folds quickly with one hand, is convenient, very lightweight, and comfortable. The mesh on the canopy is perfectly positioned to keep an eye on the baby while they sleep. The brake pedal works flawlessly with no fuss. I had to buy a footrest separately, and its design is a bit questionable, but overall, everything is great!

Arrived in good time

When I ordered from the website, one of the items was backordered but I ordered it anyway. I ended getting both items together which I'm super happy about that.

Undelivered Summer seat for Day+

I bought the summer seat for my day+ pram on the 04/08 for the hot weather and I am still waiting for delivery which was supposed to be 5 to 7 days! It is now 21/08 and still no delivery. I am very unsatisfied customer and so is my baby!!! 😢

If you would prefer not to collect it, we completely understand. In that case, we can contact UPS and ask them to try to deliver it to your home address (as they should do) as soon as possible. 15 days and still no sight of an order number or products

I still haven’t got my order number and I’ve also contacted the support and haven’t got any respond either.

Aer+ ideal for city walk-up

Aer+ ideal for city walk-up

We originally bought the Aer+ for two upcoming trips now that our daughter is 9 months old and too heavy to carry. The silver lining however has been the ease of use in getting in/out of our front door, which is separated from the sidewalk by two sets of stairs and a gate. Our Uppababy Vista, while fantastic, is too large and heavy to do this on one's own easily, especially while also managing a large dog. Highly recommend for city dwellers looking to simplify a quick pop-out from the house.

Are +. Best of the best.

The Aer+ was actually third on the list of purchase possibilities for a quick folding, light travel stroller. I would urge anyone wanting a lightweight, beautifully constructed and simple to fold stroller to test this one. The other two main contenders, and two others in the same price area, were actually no competition at all. To be fair, one came close.
Purchased in Ocean Blue, overall looks are attractive and strong without being heavy. A comfortable reclining or flat seat, a wide sun/rain canopy and optional foot rest make for relaxed walks with plenty of storage space in the under seat basket.
Main advantages of this stroller are the light weight and small folded size. Topping the list is one handed folding and steering. Ideal for solo travellers.
Service was excellent. 5-7 days is promised but ours arrived in 4.

Hard to find spare parts for Joolz Day+

During the flight one of the front wheels of our Joolz Day+ was lost. Turns out it's very difficult to find spare parts. Official website has limited availability
and wheels are not cross-compatible between models, making buying on classifieds difficult.

Luckily, after contacting support we were sent a set of wheels, so that we can continue using our stroller. Thank you!

Very bad experience with the shop.

Very bad experience with the shop.. Doesn't respect delays, impossible to reach.. Not to be recommended. Had to cancel and ask for a refund

Wasn't very helpful at all still…

Wasn't very helpful at all still waiting for cup holder, was my fault I ordered wrong colour bar however bar hadn't even been sent and wouldn't even just swap for change of colour had to wait for it to arrive then send back

Great quality and functional

I have ordered rain cover, mosquitoes protection and cup holder for our Joolz Day+ stroller. Everything from this company is really good quality and easy to use. I like minimalistic but modern design. I didn’t use mosquitoes protection yet but rain cover saves on rainy days, easy to put on and I am sure can work for all strollers not just Joolz. Cup holder sometimes falls when entering narrow doors, but in general a very useful accessory to keep my hands free while keeping my drink in easy access. I also appreciate their packaging that can be reused.

Very easy buying process and quick…

Very easy buying process and quick delivery. Only return system is requires improvements since you need to log in back to your account and see your status after few day. This should be more automated and shipping label should be send automatically to the email in same hour. Besides that all good. Very good quality & design of the products

Fantastic travel buggy (AER+)

Fantastic travel buggy (AER+) that comes with a travel bag and raincover. It goes in the overhead compartment which many will question when you get to the plane as it doesn't look like it can fold that small. Everyone is always amazed when they see it folded up!! Extremely light to push with 1 hand and with adapter can attach my Maxi Cosi carseat which was a godsend on holiday. I now use the pram for short trips to the shop in the UK instead of using my icandy which is bulky and heavy but better for longer walking trips.
Worth every penny but I think the bar should come as standard instead of paying extra.
The only downfall is the raincover which slips off the top of the pram when it windy.

A broken online shop

I placed an order and was immediately charged via PayPal, but my order hasn't been dispatched even after a week. Despite the promise during the purchase that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2 to 5 working days, this has not happened. I placed the order in Germany, where Saturday is considered a working day, and I waited an additional day before deciding to ask for a refund

Here's a summary of my attempts to resolve this:

I sent a message through their website – no response.
I tried calling the number listed on their website: +31 20 630 48 87 – no sound.
I tried calling the finance team number listed on PayPal: +31 20 630 48 88 – no answer, just an answering machine after 5:00 pm CET, stating it was a public holiday in the Netherlands. I wasn't aware of any public holidays this week, which makes it concerning that nobody answers during the day, and the answering machine gives an incorrect message after working hours.
I called another number I found on their website, but it directed me to a different online store in Denmark, which surprised them as well.


I emailed finance(at)my-joolz.com, the contact provided by PayPal, but received no response. Same with info(at)joolz.com

As a result, I've requested a refund through PayPal and placed my order elsewhere due to the lack of response and resolution. I hope this feedback is useful to everyone, to avoid this shop unless they take serious actions

Yet to receive the Joolz Aer+ belly bar

Ordered the Joolz Aer+ belly bar - this wasn't delivered to my house and ended up being sent to a Parcelly location.
They returned the parcel to Joolz after 3 days (not sure why as I was never told there was a deadline to collect).
I've emailed Joolz to send an update and re-deliver my parcel over a week ago and no response.
I have paid for the belly bar and received no product or communication.
None of the tracking links working either.

Overall awesome

Overall awesome, easy to navigate website, obviously labeled compatibility. I wish my cart items remained in my cart (if I left my cart alone for even a few minutes and returned to this mobile web browser, the cart would again be empty). This could be me rejecting cookies but the necessary ones should cover this.

Great buggy for active metropolitans

After some due diligence, as it's our first child, we chose for Joolz, and how happy are we with that outcome! Comfortable suspension, easy to fold, big shopping basket and - most important of all - clearly very comfortable as our son loves to do naps in the buggy during city walks. A buggy we'd be happy and confident to recommend!
