UKLC UBT Test app is owned and operated by ‘Ushuhan Korean Language’. Our service is limited to the preparation of different exams taken by the Korean government like UBT, CBT and Korean return exam along with basic books and model questions for reading purposes. These terms and condition, as may be amended from time to time apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online through App.
You/user shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the platform by providing registration data while registering on the platform/App as a registered user using the device. We do not own any data, information or material (collectively, "Content") that you submit on the Services in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content.
Your mobile phone number and/or email address, home location is treated as your primary identifier on the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address, email and phone number is up-to-date on the platform. You agree to notify us promptly if your email address or phone number changes by updating the same on the platform through password verification.
If you/user share or allow others to have access to your account on the platform, they will be able to view and access your account information. You/user shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under your account and any consequences therefore.
Ushuhan Korean Language seeks to assist Students who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the platform so; the users are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Once purchased, the package shall not be refunded. Purchased package shall be valid for 1 year only from the date of purchase.
- You can access all the sets even if you have purchased the UBT exam set only. But once you enter in any one UBT set you cannot return back.
- All the details and content in the set are solely properties of UKLC. So, if found using our content without our consent; you shall be punished as per Nepal Law.
You acknowledge that you have read these terms of use and agree to all its terms and conditions. This is by accessing and using the Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is an electronic record as per Rule 3 of the Electronic Transaction Rules, 2064. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
