    Exploring Erasmus+ Opportunities: Seminar-Training Held in Tashkent On March 13, the Agency for Technical Regulation of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan, organized a seminar-training dedicated to the opportunities within Erasmus+ projects and the 2025 calls. The event covered: ✅ New opportunities under the Erasmus+ programme and the 2025 calls, ✅ Submission of project proposals through the FTOP platform, ✅ Practical tips on developing CBHE projects, best practices, and challenges, ✅ Successful case studies from Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, ✅ Detailed insights on international grants such as Horizon Europe and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. The event, aimed at registering the Agency and affiliated organizations under the Erasmus+ programme and preparing competitive project proposals, gathered representatives from higher education institutions, ministries, and system organizations.   • 🎓 International Master’s Opportunities: EMJM Session within the Grantyor Programme On March 16, an information session on the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (#EMJM) programme was held at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry as part of the Youth Affairs Agency’s "Grantyor" programme. 📍 During the event, participants learned about one of the most prestigious components of the Erasmus+ programme - #EMJM, which offers fully funded master’s programmes in multiple countries. Selected students have the opportunity to study in at least 2-3 countries over 1.5 to 2 years. 💡 Around 25 students attended the session, where they explored key questions such as: ▪️ How to apply for Erasmus Mundus Joint Master courses? ▪️ What does the grant cover (tuition, living costs, travel expenses)? ▪️ How to navigate and use the #EMJM catalogue? ▪️ Admission requirements and necessary documents. 🌍 Erasmus Mundus offers a wide variety of programmes across fields like engineering, IT, environmental studies, economics, social sciences, and more.   • Erasmus+ Cooperation between France and Uzbekistan The #collaboration between #France and #Uzbekistan under the Erasmus+ Programme continues to expand, strengthening academic exchange and cooperation between higher education institutions. These initiatives create new opportunities for students and teachers, enhancing education quality and fostering innovation. 🔻 #CBHE Projects Currently, there are four Capacity Building in Higher Education (#CBHE) projects between #France and #Uzbekistan. Among them, three projects have been #completed, while one is #ongoing. These projects aim to modernize higher education programmes, enhance digital skills, and support sustainable development. Universities are working together to develop new curricula, implement innovative teaching methods, and improve students' learning experiences. As part of the #CBHE projects, five higher education institutions from #France and fifteen from #Uzbekistan are actively participating, further strengthening academic collaboration between the two countries. 🔹 Cooperation with France under the #ICM Programme As you may know, the International Credit Mobility (ICM) programme provides students and academic staff with opportunities to study, teach, or complete internships abroad. In 2022-2023, a total of 48 exchanges were carried out, enabling Uzbek students to study in France.   • Online Meeting on the DEBSEUz Project National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan • March 5 at 3:54 PM On February 19, 2025, an online meeting was held to discuss the DEBSEUz project, implemented under the Erasmus+ programme. The project aims to explore European expertise in renewable energy sources, particularly solar energy, analyze educational programmes, and integrate effective practices into higher education institutions in Uzbekistan. 🔹 Key topics discussed during the meeting: ✅ Project management and financial flows ✅ Establishment and accreditation of new bachelor's programmes ✅ Creation of laboratories and research centers ✅ Pilot launch of training and cooperation centers at partner technical universities ✅ Quality control and monitoring ✅ Website development and preparation for a national conference During the meeting, project participants shared updates on completed tasks, challenges faced, and future plans.
