Cancellation for Upcoming Season - M/Y Jura II We regret to inform you that there has been a change in plans regarding the availability of the yacht Jura II. The owner has decided that Jura II will not be available for charter in the BVI next season. Instead, the yacht will be removed from charter entirely and will remain in the UK and Mediterranean as a private yacht. Our project to bring small superyachts to base in the BVI year-round has been postponed indefinitely. This news came to us unexpectedly yesterday and we feel obligated to notify stakeholders as soon as possible. After having nearly completed the complex process of navigating BVI compliance, this development is quite disappointing. However, we remain committed to our mission of bringing locally-based small superyachts to the BVI. We will continue to push forward through client support and advocating for necessary changes to the regulatory environment. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us during this journey. A special recognition goes to the team of hundreds of charter brokers worldwide who collaborated with us to help make this vision a reality. At the time of cancellation, we were entertaining multiple charter inquiries for the upcoming season. We are also grateful to the government stakeholders who partnered with us through the regulatory process, and to the local vendors who dedicated their time to help us curate what would have been a truly exceptional offering. While this collective effort has not led to the outcome we anticipated, it was not in vain - we have an effective roadmap to making our intended outcome a reality. We are confident that we are only a few additional steps away from achieving our goal. We look forward to re-approaching this project with a different small superyacht following clarity on the imminent upcoming changes to the regulatory environment.
