From 7 March 2025 to 9 March 2025, Lawyer Dang Viet Anh had the privilege of lecturing at the training program "Skills in Dispute Resolution through Arbitration" "Dispute resolution skills by arbitration" (Basic training course) organized by the Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training (VIART) under VIAC. With in-depth knowledge, practical experience, and an engaging teaching approach, Lawyer Dang Viet Anh shared key insights into arbitration agreements, case management, and effective dispute resolution strategies. He hopes that this course has provided valuable skills to participants, inspiring greater interest in commercial arbitration and contributing to the broader development of dispute resolution in Vietnam. Among the notable updates, the rules introduce the Streamlined Procedure, designed for disputes valued below SGD 1 million.
