Fujifilm Vietnam is delighted to share our corporate internal learning workshop as part of our learning series, “Know One, Share One.” The first episode focused on best practices and practical experience for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decision making and enhance performance. It was inspiring to witness the learning spirit displayed by everyone in attendance. “Know One, Share One” is the best-practice-sharing series where our colleagues will share his or her best practices or useful experience that will be helpful to learning and development of others. In return, the greatest thanks that ones can receive is one day to see that colleagues be able to do the same for someone else. We look forward to our journey of learning together as the series continue.

On a very nice summer day transitioning to autumn, Fujifilm colleagues cherished a very meaningful morning at the volunteer blood donation center. A small drop cannot compare with the vast ocean, but every great ocean starts from a small single drop, just like the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first single step. Hope that there would be or will be many more meaningful times. We extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved families of the landslides that occurred in India's southern state of Kerala, and offer our sincerest sympathies to all of those affected by the disaster. FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation announced today that it will donate 10 million yen (approximately 70 thousand US dollars) worth of medical equipment to those affected by the disaster. On July 1st, 2024, NURA Health Screening Center opened in Hanoi, Vietnam, marking Southeast Asia's first AI-integrated cancer screening center. 🎉 This collaboration between Fujifilm and Vietnam Japan Health Technology JSC aims to enhance healthcare with early detection and advanced technology. The center utilizes Fujifilm's CT scan system, Mammography and AI technology to help doctors to promote preventive healthcare in the region. "In many countries around the world, many lives are lost due to preventable diseases such as cancer, heart attack, and diabetes because they are not detected early. To help solve this problem, we established the NURA Health Monitoring Centre in India in 2021, integrating FUJIFILM's high-tech medical equipment with AI technology for fast and efficient screening. Aiming to expand to 100 centers globally by 2030, we are honored to launch NURA in Vietnam in collaboration with Vietnam Japan Health Technology JSC, following its success in India and Ancient Mongolia. First of July marked an important milestone in Vietnam's preventive medicine field with the first launch in Southeast Asia of the NURA Health Screening Center. The center applies AI (artificial intelligence) technology in cancer screening according to high world standards. [VIETNAM PRIVATE HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION (VPHA) visits and works at FUJIFILM Corporation Headquarters - Tokyo, Japan] On June 14, 2024, the delegation of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association (VPHA), led by Prof. Academician Nguyen Van De, made an official visit to Fujifilm Corporation Headquarters - Open Innovation Hub (OI-Hub) in Tokyo, Japan, and directly experienced Fujifilm's cutting-edge technological innovation journey over the past 90 years (1934 - 2024). Mr. Keiichi Sawada, Director of Global Sales Department, Fujifilm Healthcare Corporation Japan and Mr. Le Duc Thanh, Senior Director - Diagnostic Imaging Department, Fujifilm Vietnam and related departments were very happy to welcome the distinguished delegates. During this visit, the delegation of the VPHA had the opportunity to directly experience the most advanced medical technologies of Fujifilm Japan such as the CT scanner system (CT), the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine, mobile X-ray system, artificial intelligence Deep Insight technology ultrasound system, endoscopy system, peripheral testing technology and medical information technology system ( PACS).  Prof. Nguyen Van De expressed special interest in Fujifilm MRI system that does not use Helium gas (Zero Helium), the ARIETTA series ultrasound system integrated with DeepInsight artificial intelligence technology... and hope that Fujifilm will soon bring the most modern technological innovation to support Vietnamese healthcare.   In particular, representatives of Fujifilm Vietnam and the VPHA cordially signed the MOU, marking future cooperation in the fields of training and support to improve professional capacity for medical staff; as well as research, develop and apply advanced technology solutions in the field of medical equipment.

We are excited to announce that Fujifilm Healthcare Vietnam and Vietnamese Society of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine (VSRNM) successfully co-organized a successful Breast Disease Conference on last Saturday, 11 May 2024. Themed “Breast Disease Screening – Past, Present, and Future,” the event brought together 120 doctors from across Vietnam. It was a highly productive day featuring 11 mammography workstations equipped with Bellus 2 and live demo on Ultrasound AR750DI. Delegates reviewed mammography images, discussed case studies from Japan and Vietnam, and gained valuable insights from Dr. Endo, Dr. Morita & 5 Vietnamese speakers.
