Everyone reflected on the inspiring GGG journey over the years, listened to valuable insights and advice from the selection board, and met Tu Dung – a Scholarship winner of 2023, who is now a trainee at Sparx*. 🎨 ART CAMP @ GIRLS GOT GAME SCHOLARSHIPS (GGG) 🎮  The Top 21 GGG finalists had an exciting day at Art Camp, organized at studio Sparx*! During the event, they explored the game design process through the workshop “Concept Creation: How Games Begin”, led by Senior Technical Designer Quang Vinh. Together with Quang Vinh, Senior Technical Designer Ngoc Thuc also guided the group through a fun, collaborative game idea creation. The workshop not only gave the participants a chance to connect with each other but also allowed them to practice the game design process, offering a comprehensive view of how creative ideas come to life.       On the same day, they finished another personal challenge - creating a 2D or 3D character based on the judges’ requirements. 💡     Congrats to all for successfully completing the Art Camp's challenges! [GLASS EGG COMPANY TOUR] In Semester B 2024, RMIT Vietnam Business Club SGS members had an exceptional opportunity to visit the headquarters of Glass Egg - a Virtuos Studio, a prominent game art outsourcing studio in Vietnam.  The tour provided participants with a comprehensive insight into the company’s dynamic and creative working environment. With the slogan “We make games better, together”, the company promotes an inclusive working culture, contributing to a highly motivated and collaborative workspace. During the visit, BC-ers acquired valuable industry knowledge from senior experts, gaining a thorough understanding of how a game outsourcing studio operates, and the essential components involved in each project. We learned more about the gaming industry and its growth potential in Vietnam, presenting members with new career opportunities to explore and consider.  This company tour was a memorable and insightful experience for RMIT Vietnam Business Club - SGS members, providing us with Glass Egg’s unique working environment. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Glass Egg and Ms. Hao LE Thanh for offering such an enriching opportunity, and hope that our members will apply the knowledge gained at future events!
