আপনি জানেন কি AACI রোগীর সেফটি স্টেন্ডার্ডসগুলো কিভাবে 'রুলিং রিস্ক, সেভিং লাইভস' অধীনে হাসপাতালগুলোকে কেন এতো শক্তিশালী করে? আসলে AACI কোয়ালিটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেম স্ট্যান্ডার্ড, এবং পেশেন্ট সেফটি সিস্টেমের (AACI স্ট্যান্ডার্ড 6.1) সাধারণ অংশটি ISO 9001: 2015 (QM-CP-04 6.2) থেকে নেওয়া। এছাড়া, AACI স্ট্যান্ডার্ড 6.2 ট্রেসেবিলিটি অংশটি ISO 9001: 2015 থেকে প্রাপ্ত (QM-CP-04 8.5.2). সম্পূর্ণ ক্রস-রেফারেন্সটি ইংলিশে পাওয়া যাবে। AACI 6.1.1 স্টেন্ডার্ডটি সুপারিশ করে যে হাসপাতালের রোগীর নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থার তদারকি করার জন্য একটি মাল্টিস্পেশালিটি কমিটি নিয়োগ করবে। এই কমিটি AACI রোগীর কি কি নিরাপত্তা লক্ষ্য থাকবে তা নির্ধারণ করবে। তাছাড়া, AACI 6.1.2 অনুসারে এই কমিটি একটি নিরাপদ পরিবেশ এবং সেফটি কালচার নিশ্চিত করবে যা রোগী এবং কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তার বিষয়ে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করে। রোগী, স্টাফ এবং অন্যান্য কর্মীদের প্রভাবিত করে এবং নেতিবাচকভাবে হুমকি দেয় এমন ঘটনা বা অবস্থার সম্ভাব্য উপস্থিতি সনাক্তকরণ এবং প্রশমিত করার জন্য এটির একটি নির্দিষ্ট ঝুঁকি-ভিত্তিক প্রক্রিয়ার ব্যবস্থা থাকতে হবে। এই বিবেচনাগুলি কর্মক্ষেত্রে শারীরিক, মানসিক এবং পরিবেশগত চাপকে প্রভাবিত করে এমন কারণগুলির জন্যও সনাক্ত করতে হবে।  AACI 6.1.3 রোগীর নিরাপত্তা কমিটি ত্রৈমাসিক বৈঠক করবে। আউটপুট ব্যবস্থাপনা পর্যালোচনার জন্য লিপিবদ্ধ করা হবে এবং নথিভুক্ত তথ্য হিসাবে ধরে রাখা হবে। AACI 6.1.4 এই লক্ষ্যগুলি পূরণ করা হবে: ক) উচ্চ-ঝুঁকি, উচ্চ-ব্যাপকতা, বা সমস্যা-প্রবণ এলাকায় ফোকাস করা; খ) এই অঞ্চলে সমস্যাগুলির ঘটনা, ব্যাপকতা এবং তীব্রতা বিবেচনা করা; গ) স্বাস্থ্যের ফলাফল, রোগীর নিরাপত্তা এবং যত্নের গুণমান; ঘ) ঘটনার পর্যালোচনা এবং হাসপাতালের উপর ফলস্বরূপ প্রভাব; e) উপরোক্ত কার্যক্রমের ফলাফল দ্বারা নির্দেশিত যেকোন প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণের প্রচার। এছাড়া AACI 6.1.5 পেশেন্ট সেফটি কমিটির ক্রিয়াকলাপ থেকে প্রাপ্ত আউটপুট শীর্ষ ব্যবস্থাপনা মিটিংএ পর্যালোচনার জন্য লিপিবদ্ধ করা এবং কি কি কার্রেক্টিভ অ্যাকশন নথিভুক্ত তথ্য হিসাবে রাখা হবে। এভাবেই AACI 30 অধ্যায়, 142 স্ট্যান্ডার্ডগুলি প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে সবচেয়ে ভাল ফলাফলের জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত সমর্থন করছে। সেজন্য, 2,400 বেশি সদস্য স্বাস্থ্যসংস্থা প্রমাণ-ভিত্তিক মান নির্ধারণ কিংবা গোল্ড/প্ল্যাটিনাম মার্ক স্বীকৃতি প্রদানের বাইরেও AACI তাদেরকে প্রতিদিনের উন্নতির জন্য সমর্থন দিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশের কোনো হাসপাতাল বা ক্লিনিক বা ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার AACI গোল্ড মার্কের জন্য আবেদন করলে, আমরা সেই হাসপাতালে কর্মীদের বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ, রেফারেন্স নথি, নীতি, রেফারেন্স পদ্ধতি, কাজের নির্দেশাবলী এবং সব ধরনের সহায়তা করবো। আমরা শিখাবো কিভাবে প্রসেস ম্যাপিং করতে হয়, কিভাবে স্টেন্ডার্ডসগুলো মেনে চলতে হয়, মূল সার্ভেয়ার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ প্রিপারেশন কিভাবে করতে হয় এইটারও সহায়তা করবো। আমরা চাই, বাংলাদেশে বেশি বেশি হাসপাতাল আন্তর্জাতিক গোল্ড মার্ক আসিক্রেডিটেশন অর্জন করুক। এইভাবে আমাদের হাসপাতালগুলোকে আন্তর্জাতিক মানদণ্ডের বহিঃপ্রকাশ ঘটুক। আমরা বাংলাদেশে আসছি।। AACI America #Bangladesh  #Bangladeshi #healthcare #Hospital #Clinic #Diagnostic
