[HCM_Urgent] Cloud Architect

About the Job:

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Cloud Architect to join our Software Development - AI Lab team. Your role will contribute to building scalable data solutions, optimizing infrastructure, and supporting strategic implementation while reducing team workload and risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures on GCP.
• Optimize cloud costs by leveraging best practices, pricing models, and monitoring tools.
• Manage GCP projects by defining resource organization, IAM policies, and governance strategies.
• Select and apply the right GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Dataflow) based on business needs.
• Provision and manage infra using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Ensure security and compliance through policies, identity management, and audit controls.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to the performance, availability, and reliability of cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a strong focus on GCP.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services, networking, and security best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Experience designing architectures for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Knowledge of MLOps/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and fluent English communication.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with machine learning, data engineering, or analytics solutions on GCP.
• Familiarity with Cloud FinOps practices to align cloud spent with business value.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and other GCP data processing services.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
