Senior Solution Architect

Role Description

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, reviewing, and guiding technical solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including the CTO, Head of Engineering, and Head of Product, to identify optimal architectures, implement innovative solutions, and ensure system performance and security. The position demands a strategic and innovative mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in programming and contribute to product development as a key team member, working on products including but not limited to Herond Browser, Wallet, Shield, and Point.
• Apply expertise in Generative AI to design and develop cutting-edge features and solutions.
• Enhance short-term stability by providing blockchain expertise to improve crypto-related products and features.
• Ensure long-term scalability of products and infrastructure.
• Research emerging technologies, engage with business teams, and provide strategic solution direction.
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Continuously review and refine system architecture, proposing improvement solutions.
• Evaluate system security and performance to meet quality standards.
• Support DevOps initiatives to optimize and streamline development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as JS, Python, C++, Java, or others relevant to the company’s technology stack.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and hands-on experience with crypto-related products.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and data science techniques is highly desirable.
• Expertise in data management systems and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Previous experience working on B2C solutions or consumer-facing products.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant technical fields.
