Move to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects\2603127731_jack_o_b. But if you are using a pirate, the path is different.
Apply the wallpaper. To do this, select the file in the list and click "OK". Or add your work to the licensed version of Wallpaper Engine by subscribing to the original copy in Steam Workshop.
