Download and unzip «landscape-relax.zip» using 7zip;
Move to: «C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects\landscape-relax». The path may be different on a pirated version.
Apply live wallpapers, just select them from the list.
