Don't get me started on my TV!

Don't get me started on my TV!
One the TV is quite large. I upgraded it from a 55 inch to this size TV and let me just say I was very excited to have a new TV because my other TV had started to shut off randomly restart randomly and just the screen would go dark. The sound would go out. It was just a very hard pass on that X TV this TV as soon as you take out the box you realize that this is probably love at first sight because immediately after taking it out the box I was like I can’t wait to mount this TV which I did try to do by myself. I’m 53 220 pounds. There is no way that I could have lifted the 60 pound TV up onto the mount by myself I mean, maybe I could have but I tried five times and it didn’t work. The screen is a bit sensitive. It looks dirty no matter how much I clean it. It just looks dirty when you’re watching the TV. It doesn’t look dirty but when the TV is off. It looks dirty. The quality of the picture the color is absolutely amazing. HD 4K. Very clear. You can adjust your audio settings to movie theater surround sound clear voice whatever it has multiple audio settings you can access YouTube YouTube music twitch TikTok. There are a few things that you can access that you normally wouldn’t be able to access on other smart TVs there is also Amazon Alexa embedded into the remote and the TV so you can talk to your remote and tell her pretty much anything but I would say be very specific because it is in Alexa so you have to say her name show me Degrassi on Max and then she would open it or open TikTok or turn up the volume or turn off TV you can also connect it to any other Alexa device that you may have including your phone and control it that way tell any other Alexa device what you would like for your TV to do it would be fire TV when you tell Alexa what to do on your Fire TV make sure you’re specific again like I said so Alexa turn on fire TV Alexa open Degrassi on Max on fire Tv

I recently bought an INSIGNIA 50-inch Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and it has been great in my living room. The picture quality with a resolution of 4K UHD is great, rich in color detail. It has improved movies and TV shows due to the great visual effect. The size of 50 inches is ideal for a medium-sized room.

Setup was super easy, and with the built-in Fire TV platform, all my favorite streaming services, like Netflix and Prime Video, were easily accessible. Performance and reliability are still great after several months.

Purchased this 65" TV on Amazon for 299.00 and picked it up at my local Best Buy. Audio is great and bright lit content is displayed very well. Have watched Reds baseball, motocross, and NHRA racing - all have looked great. HD content displays very well. SD content can be grainy. I am using a roku stick due to using the Spectrum app and have experienced no problems having the roku stick connected directly into the hdmi 1 port. As an expert review of this tv has indicated, this tv does a horrible job of processing blacks/browns in low light or dark scenes, especially SD content. The lack of processing is so bad that some scenes are almost impossible to view due to pixelation/distortion. With the exception of the black processing problem, I am not sure why some expert reviewers trash this tv. At the 299.00 price point, its a very nice tv and they are practically giving it away! I own three other Insignia tvs with my 2014 50 inch plasma still producing a brilliant picture and working great. My 2018 24" and 2019 55" still work properly as well. Would buy this tv again. Would recommend, albeit with the black processing caveat.

I really enjoy the quality of the picture while I'm watching a movie or show. The volume is really high and works well with just the TV alone. Setting up was simple enough, but just time consuming when you have to download and launch the apps to have it on your home screen. Easy enough to figure out. Loving it so far and hope the quality lasts a long time.

I LOVE my new TV! I had a 32” that was due for an upgrade and I saw this TV for less than $160. I unboxed it by myself, it was easy to set up after the legs were screwed on—just plugged it in and followed the onscreen instructions. You have to sign into your wifi and a couple more apps to get started. The Alexa in the remote is awesome!! Just ask her to show a certain movie, TV show or go to an app. It’s very fast response to any buttons. Picture quality is beautiful, so crisp and clear—colors are vibrant. The sound from the 2 speakers is wonderful, like you’re there—such a huge change from my last TV. I'm very, very happy with this purchase!!

Product worked fine for 4 months, then completely stopped showing picture. Insignia will not respond to warranty requests, best buy does respond but says contact insignia. Insignia's website says contact best buy for support. They've had me waiting for almost 3 weeks to file a simple warranty claim right now.

It's an ok TV when it works but when something goes wrong neither the seller or manufacturer support their product.

Ironically the seller (Best Buy) and the manufacturer (Insignia) are also the same company, Insignia is a fully owned subsidiary of Best Buy, so when Best Buy refuses to provide warranty service on an Insignia TV and tells you to call Insignia, that is actually Best Buy telling you to call another division of Best Buy and refusing to honor a warranty on something they manufactured.

Edit: now nearly at the 1 month point, neither Best Buy or their fully owned subsidiary Insignia has done anything at all to honor their warranty and they've refused to supply their legal address for a small claims court claim repeatedly.

Edit2: now Best Buy is now scheduled to come to my house a full month after the tv broke to verify it is broken, despite Best Buy claiming they couldn't do anything because only the manufacturer could. The manufacturer is fully owned by Best Buy. Their warranty "service" let a full month of my warranty period expire before they would even schedule a repair. If you buy this TV do not expect any sort of timely warranty services nor should you expect Best Buy or Amazon to do anything to help if the product fails. Won't ever trust Best Buy again to honor any warranty after seeing how they handle the company they own.

Edit 3: now up to having to contact insignia support 22 total times by email and Best Buy over 10 times by amazon support, still refuse to give me an RMA number for the TV or address to ship it back, and are demanding that I let them come to my home in a 6 hour window that I did not want for them to attempt to repair it in my home when I do not want them to come here and I requested to ship it back or bring it to their store. If you need warranty service expect 30+ messages over a 1 month period plus 6 more hours of your time to be required by Best Buy before they will attempt a repair on your broken TV and do not expect Amazon to honor their a-z guarantee.

Edit 4: after a full month Best Buy/Insignia sent two technicians to my house. I had to be here for them for a 6 hour window. They took the same pictures Insignia had already requested that I had already sent and did absolutely nothing at all to fix the TV. A few hours later they texted me a RMA code with no instructions as to how to use it. I contacted Insignia support with the code and it's been over 2 days and they haven't responded. It's been over a month, I've had to waste 6-8 hours to attempt to get support on a broken TV produced by Best Buy themselves and still absolutely nothing is fixed and they're not responding for days at a time. They make warranty service this much trouble on purpose so that people will give up so they can avoid honoring their terms of sale.
