I tested this TV thoroughly. I tried content in various formats at 720p, 1080p, 1440p and 2160p. I said " OMG and No Frickin' Way " several times. From the motion, contrast and color this TV can and will enhance content. You have the option to let " AI " automatically adjust your picture depending on the scene, or you can play around with the settings yourself. Watch any 4K Ultra HD animal documentary and you'll understand right away that you now have a modern TV. Vibrant, life like and awesome is the final verdict. The remote is awesome too! It feels great in your hand and is rechargeable. Buttons are snappy and the ROKU software is very responsive. Far more responsive and more intuitive than displays with Google TV installed. We upgraded to this TV for that very reason. If you're looking to upgrade your 4K display from 5 years ago, or you've never had a 4K TV I don't see how you can go wrong here. And for the gamers the TV 100% has two HDMI 2.1 ports to take full advantage of 4K gaming at 120hz. Its definitely a leap compared to 4K 60hz. From an Audio standpoint there is no 1/4" audio input to run to a surround sound system. There is however an optical port. The built in speakers are a definite upgrade from TV speakers of the past. Thumbs up! Now am I saying this is better than the latest greatest $2500 to $4000 TV? Of course not. This is for regular people who want a display that's far better than what they had previously. Especially if they had a " GOOGLE TV " that constantly crashes, screen goes black, always have to reboot etc. I absolutely took a risk and bought the 65" Roku Pro Series when it had ZERO reviews and barely any feedback online. I'm glad I did. For $1200 this could be the best option there is.

Ok….never been a Roku fan. I’ve changed my mind now though. This tv compared to the 3 others I have…it’s amazing. The colors are SOOOO VIBRANT. more than any of the others I have. It’s easy to use. The only thing I’d suggest is making sure when you turn it on you check with your internet provider. As soon as we started the tv for whatever reason it immediately signed us up for Spanish tv stations. Without asking. So not a fan of that.

The quality of the picture is great, has all the apps, great value. Highly suggest!! Christmas in July!

We had a house fire about one year ago. We lost all of our TVs. We had one ROKU TV in the house. It was our favorite TV. My wife would tell me how much she loved her ROKU TV. I did not understand her feeling about her ROKU tv. To me a TV is a TV. After the house fire we bought two ROKU smart TVs. Soon, I also loved my ROKU tv....high quality, easy to work with and ROKU TVs communicate with each other too. A few days ago we moved back into our house. I ordered the AI assisted, 65 Inch Pro Series 4K ROKU TV. It is outstanding. This is our main TV. It was very easy to set up. It is on our wall and everyone is impresses with the sound and picture. It is a beautiful TV. Currently we have 5 ROKU TVs in our house. They are well-engineered and user friendly.

I've been using Roku devices for years but this was my first 4K model. Wow! The display is amazing. The sound is fantastic. It literally just plugs up, connects to wifi and all the Roku convenience and options are ready to go in 4k. It even has a find the remote option. So handy. For quantity, ease of use, and price I definitely recommend this 4k tv.

This TV blew me away in both sound and picture quality! It's comperable to my brand new Samsung quantum dot in my family room which costs more than twice this TV.
The menu is easy to navigate and very responsive. The setup and use of remote was easy and quick.

I got this over the new Amazon 4k TV because that one had bad reviews.

TV works fine, remote control has broken button

I received the TV and everything set up just fine.
Everything connection is well labeled EXCEPT where the power cord connects to the back of the TV.
I'm keeping this initial review short and sweet.
While the TV is working as expected, the included remote control has a broken button (non functioning).
I contacted Roku support via the provided Amazon link. While the link is accurate and asked me a couple of questions followed by a preferred recommendation to call Roku support at given number.
I called the number, went through the push-button questions and was told that PHONE support doesn't handle these issues.
So I choose the non-recommended option and used Chat support.
We trucks shot the issue and was told to wait on hold for about 2 minutes.
I was immediately disconnected from the agent and was greeted by a message saying that if I would be connected to another agent.
The other agent helped me as much as possible and told me that I would be contacted by phone from a rep who could issue the replacement.
It was the weekend, but I'm still waiting for a call or any information via email etc about my issue.
I'll update if I get a response from Roku.
Otherwise, I'll have no choice to return the entire TV for a simple defective remote.
** Update **
I was able to get in contact with Roku Support and they sent me a new working remote control.
** Update 2 **
My Roku Pro 55" TV's right speaker has intermittently been making a crackling or hissing sound, while the left speaker is fine.
When I contacted Roku about it, they told me I was still within the 30-day period and I should exchange it via Amazon. The problem is that Amazon will only take the TV back as a return and not an exchange. So the whole TV is getting boxed up and sent back to Amazon tomorrow (they said UPS will come get the TV).
Now I have to wait for the returned TV to be processed (up to 30 days) and credit to my account (up to 7 days) before I can re-order this, otherwise, very nice television!
What a hassle!!!!!!!!
