It took over 2 years, but it finally worked!
I was working from home and in my room in 2022 and really enjoyed seeing birds and bunnies in my backyard. I got this feeder because I thought it would be neat to see the birds even closer. For 2 years, no birds would use it. I would have given it 1 star if asked. I never got around to taking it down and lo and behold, just this week, a little cardinal male and female have been visiting almost every day. Apologies for my dirty window and the dirty bird feeder, but I wanted to come on here and post to not give up on it if you never had any luck with attracting any avian friends... it may take weeks, months, or years (you can really see the age on mine)! So 4 stars, bc it did finally work!

This is a really nice feeder for birds, I love that it’s clear and the suction cups are really strong.
I appreciate that it even works as a shelter for them when it’s raining as they won’t stop coming over even when the weather gets a little bit crazy. There are a ton of these on Amazon, but this one was well priced and fast shipping. The package was excellent and had it attached to our window in less than five minutes. Within an hour we had heaps of birds at our window to enjoy. Our son loves waking up and waiting for the birds in the morning. If you are looking for a durable easy to use window feeder this is the one.

Works as advertised. Looks great. Super easy set up. Sticks very well and stays on strong, could probably even hold an elephant. But I ended up returning the product for two reasons. First, the holes were letting through some of the smaller birdseed, letting it fall on the ground, causing a bit of a mess. This can be avoided by buying bigger birdseed, but I didn’t want to do that. Also, the birds would make a mess themselves, because, well, they are animals after-all, and will make a mess while eating. As they pecked and flicked around, they would naturally cause seeds to fall out and onto the floor. Also, naturally, the birds would poop while eating and cause a mess that way as well. None of this would’ve been a problem if I hung the bird-feeder in an area where I didn’t mind things falling on the ground. But the only place I could hang it was above a cement sidewalk, where you can see every little thing that falls on to it. I would have to sweep it regularly, and wash off the bird poop with a hose.

Long story short: this product is definitely a must have, as long as you have the appropriate area to hang it or don’t mind seeds/poop on the ground. Somewhere where you don’t mind things dropping on the ground around it, or where these things are not so visible.
Otherwise, It was so nice being able to see cute little birds from inside the comfort of my home, and so close up.
As for whether it “works” by attracting birds, it certainly does. But of course, results will vary according to where you live. I live next to a huge tree, and have other bird-feeders around, so naturally I already have a large bird population flying by the house. So it only took a couple hours to start seeing birds at this bird-feeder.

I purchased this bird feeder a couple years ago and it has held up so well. The suction cups are strong and hold it firmly to the window. As you can see from the pics it will even hold the weight of a sneaky little squirrel. My cats absolutely love watching the birds and try as they might they can’t get them. The birds will fly off when the cats jump at the window but they’ve realized that the cats can’t get them so they quickly fly back and at this point just enjoy torturing the cats.
The feeder has a removable tray that is easy to clean and holds about two cups of bird seed.
I enjoyed this feeder so much I purchased one for my father-in-law who loved to bird watch in the mornings.

The feeder attracts a lot of bird activity to our kitchen window, which is really fun to watch. But large squirrels are also able to get in and feed. So, not squirrel-proof. However, the feeder seems sturdy enough to take the weight. The suction seems to be holding well.

We had a similar feeder that broke in several places, had areas where bird seed would collect and get moldy, the suction cups yellowed, and it needed to be replaced asap. I went with this one and couldn’t be happier! It is amazing quality, the suction cups are spectacular, the bird seed container is clean and even has small holes in the bottom for air flow. I love the little perch bar that goes across, so cute for the birds to eat from rather than needing to jump inside. Overall, excellent feeder! My kids love watching the birds from inside, such a fun addition!

This is a great window bird feeder. I had a flimsy window feeder that was falling apart after a year. It eventually fell down and shattered when a fat squirrel jumped on it. The squirrels now know about my feeder and I have to shoo them away daily but at least the feeder holds their weight. The only flaw is the dish. It slides out easily when not weighed down with bird seeds and my birds are quite aggressive when they jockey for a place at the feeder so sometimes the dish will start to slide out. Fortunately, it’s sturdy enough that it didn’t shatter the two times it slid out and fell 6 stories to the grass below but I wish there was some sort of mechanism that locks the dish in place. I’ve been using masking tape to keep it from falling out.

This a FULL sized, UV resistant beauty. We started with the cheaper knock off, and it yellowed and was half the size of this one.

After a few months, the knockoff separated and was unrepairable.

This one is durable, solid, and does not yellow. It is full sized and attracts larger birds making for easy photography. The tray at the bottom pulls out and is easy to fill without breaking the mounts to the window

I’ll be honest, we had pretty much lost all hope of ever seeing birds using this little feeder. We purchased this in an attempt to get closer to nature, whilst having no garden. We put this up early January and tirelessly waited in vain for the first visitor. We eventually cut our losses, put it down to bad placement (as we live in an apartment building) and pretty much forgot about it. But then, almost 4 months later, after a weekend away, we returned to find the feeder had no food (which we’d always kept full)… then suddenly, to our amazement, 2 little birds flew up right infront of us for their feed. When I tell you, I almost cried tears of happiness! Fast forward til this current day, we now go through about 3kg of bird feed every 2 weeks, and as you can see in the video, the feeder is never unoccupied for long! We’ve had all sorts of beautiful birdie visitors, and even very tenacious pigeons squeezing in! This was slightly worrying as we didn’t know if it would hold the weight of 2 pigeons, but I can confirm these suction pads aren’t going anywhere, and still remain as firmly stuck as day 1. The whole feeder is beautifully made, offering a window for observation from the inside and plenty of room for the birds to feed off. This product provides such a simplistic yet rewarding pleasure, where every little visitor still puts us in awe daily, and we find ourselves constantly just watching them go about their day for hours. Even the dog loves it! There’s nothing quite like waking up to the view of a mama bird feeding her little babies right outside of your window. I was apprehensive of how well this would work considering our location, but I can guarantee you, as long as you have a window, and give the birds the necessary time for them to trust the source of food, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this to everyone, and once we move I will probably be filling all my windows with more! Thank you for an amazing product!
