We enjoy making pureed solids for our little one to explore. Having this has been a blast as it's easy to clean, use, and store. I actually prefer this setup over the "adult" NutriBullet, but am aware this motor isn't as strongly rated. Having used other steamer/blender combos, I find separately steaming foods for purees and then loading up the NutriBullet provides improved control as far as modulation, diluting, and packaging into the tray capsules or container. The date tracker is also very useful for our stressed out parent brains.
