It is a pretty bag, decent zippers, BUT there are 2 compartments. If you pack one, the other one is too tight and you cannot put much. Constantly looking and digging through the purse because everything is too tight and zippers only open 1/3 ways… it is an everlasting struggle to find anything in that purse. Wish to return it, but I used it already.

Update: I originally left 2 stars, but increased it to 3 because this company offer me and full refund for not being satisfied (although I refused it since I am not mad, I am just being honest with the ergonomic part of it ). The bag is really cute and well made… for some people it may not a dealbreaker at all.
