Even though an increasing number of device manufacturers have been including wireless charging with their smartphones (and other devices) over the past few years, it's still one of those features that's now you'd primarily find on a flagship. We do have some mid-range phones too these days that support it, but it's largely a staple feature in premium models.

Also, the recent introduction of the Qi2 standard is surely going to have an impact on the inclusion of wireless charging technology with not just smartphones, but also other devices such as wearables.

If you're in the market for a phone that can be charged wirelessly, we're here to help. To make things easier for you, we've rounded up some of the best Android phones that support wireless charging. Once you've made your choice, you can take a look at the best charging pads to give your phone the best charging experience.

Wireless charging is both simple and convenient

While wireless charging may not be as fast as its wired counterpart, being able to put your phone on a wireless charging stand or mat while you're working at your desk, eating dinner, or even sleeping, can make a world of difference. Wireless charging is one of those convenient features that you can probably only appreciate once you've used it. Some of the best Android phones these days not only come with wireless charging support, but they can also act as power sources, allowing you to wirelessly charge other small devices such as smartwatches.

The latest OnePlus 12 can wirelessly charge at an incredible 50W, which means you can juice it up fully in just a few minutes. If you don't need that much, you can go for the newest Samsung's Galaxy S24 series devices, which support wireless charging speeds of 15W.

We'll be updating this list periodically with new devices that support this wonderful feature.

Updated September 2024: Added the latest phones that support wireless charging.
