That’s right, finally after months of rumors, leaks, speculation, and anticipation Google as released the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) SDK (Software Development Kit).  There are a lot of improvements to go through but here a few points of interest.

  • Better download management
  • Improved keyboard
  • Enhanced UI (User Interface)
  • NFC support (Near Field Communication)
  • Support for SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)

There is still a lot more that we haven’t gotten to yet so keep watching as we will update you as more is found out.  While you wait check out the official Gingerbread video from Google below.
