Droid Incredible to receive Gingerbread Update late Q2

Yesterday we heard that the HTC Thunderbolt will be receiving Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread) in Q2 of 2011. Now it looks like the HTC DROID Incredible will be getting the update some time later that quarter. Although the statement hasn’t been officially made by HTC, one of their reps stated that they expect to make the release with Verizon. Of course, something could happen to delay this but at least there’s a date you can start looking forward to if you’re an Incredible owner.
