Remember the HTC Thunderbolt?  Hands on Video made at Golf Tourney

Imagine this: You’re hanging out at a golf tournament when you notice the cell phone area, and it just so happens to be sponsored by Verizon. So you stroll over and strike up a chat with the VZW rep who just so happens to have the almost-mythical HTC Thunderbolt. That’s exactly what happened to Android Central forum member ibejack96 yesterday.

Now, let’s ignore the fact that he recorded the video with an iPhone 4 and move on.

When’s that HTC Thunderbolt going to be released, again?

He asked the rep when the TBolt was supposed to be released, and she told him that she “didn’t know, but it was supposed to have already been out.” She continued by telling him that the delay in release was because of the battery, which was dying too quickly because of the all-powerful LTE Network.
